I’d never heard of Delingpole before, but upon reading his opinion of Mitchell I had to laugh. I struggle sometimes too to not make arguments along the lines of “person x does it this way, so you should do” because they are absolutely basic drivel – and I know it. Listing two comedians who supposedly aren’t political does what? Nothing. It proves no point, it just name drops your “I like comedy” credentials in an embarrassing fashion.

Coldplay? I’d rather lick a pigeon.

The bands you listed are great but there never going to headline anything bigger than The Other Stage.

Sad but true.

You’ll never see Clegg being as funny or controversial as this. In fact he’ll be so far up Cameron’s arse you’ll be lucky to hear what’s he’s saying at all.

But do we want PR? I’m not so sure, that way we’d end up with BNP and UKIP MPs, I’m not cool with that.
